The keyboard comes in various configurations and colors, with an option for a glowing telescope. Zoom98 has collaborated with SxM Designs for this edition. The Zoom65V2.5 is an upcoming product that is close to being available for purchase. It comes in 15 different colorways, including 4 new SE Edition case colors: SE Black, SE Orange, SE Lavender, and E-white. The SE Edition also features an aluminum backplate, while the EE version has a glass backplate. The product includes a tri-mode PCB that supports Bluetooth 5.0, wired, and 2.4G connections. It also comes with a nightlight knob as the default option, with the ability to use a general knob or a customized knob. Real shots and review videos of the SE Black colorway are available for viewing. The tri-mode PCB is compatible with the Zoom65V2, but not with the V1 version.

The Zoom65 V3-Tail Light is a new design project that offers a kit with 7 mounting options included. The tail light has been updated to a transparent one based on feedback received. The project also includes a Weight and Badge Design Competition. Various renders and colorways are available for the Zoom65 V3.

The creators are considering adding a POM Plate Option and offering colored tail lights as alternatives to the updated transparent one. They are also seeking feedback on Badge and Weight designs, and will support split spacebar functionality.
