The KB-40-A is a 40% keyboard kit featuring a unique stainless steel sheet metal construction. It includes light-up switches, a rotary encoder, and a custom hotswap PCB. The kit is heavy, easily assembled, and repairable. It comes with various components like a two-piece case, plate, fasteners, feet, sound dampening, and more. The PCB has a thickness of 1.6mm, USB-C connectivity, Kailh hot swap sockets, and supports MX switches only.
