The Pangea Mini is a compact keyboard designed as a successor to the Pangea Full Size, featuring a unique top frame that allows for easy layout and aesthetic customization. Constructed from a blend of materials including 6063 aluminum, acrylic, brass, stainless steel, and copper, it supports multiple layouts (WK/WKL/HHKB) and has an 8.5-degree typing angle. The keyboard employs a leafspring gasket mounting system to provide a balanced feel and enhance sound quality. It includes a 1.6mm thick black FR4 PCB with gold pads, supporting both hotswap and solderable layouts, and is compatible with VIA/QMK software. The kit comes with essential components such as a top and bottom case, weights, a top frame, a plate of choice, a PCB, and a carrying case, though switches, keycaps, and stabilizers are sold separately. The price ranges from $275 to $350, with an estimated fulfillment period of 6-7 months following the closing of the group buy.
