The Valkyrie1800 is a custom mechanical keyboard designed with a unique 1800 layout, striking a balance between functionality and desk space efficiency. It features a robust construction with an anodized 6063 aluminum case and a brass mid-piece, weighing approximately 3kg (6.6lbs) when unbuilt. The keyboard employs a leaf spring o-ring gasket mounting system, which enhances both sound and feel during use. The design is inspired by Norse mythology, showcasing a valkyrie figure on the underside, symbolizing her role in guiding heroes. The aesthetic incorporates a patina finish, representing themes of decay and rebirth. The Valkyrie1800 is available with standard plate options in anodized black aluminum and a PCB designed by Gondo. Colorway options include "Goddess of Rot," "Undefeated Valkyrie," and "Blade of the Empyrean." Further sales details are yet to be announced.
