The DSS 6104 is a keyboard inspired by the vintage Raytheon 6104 models from the late 1970s and early 1980s, known for their distinctive retro aesthetic. This keyboard features a unique color scheme with brown alphas, mustard-colored modifiers, and a red accent key, reminiscent of the original keyboards used in various professional settings like banks and police departments. 

The DSS profile is a sculpted variation of DSA, designed in 1982, and revived in 2018. It offers a height that sits between DSA and SA profiles. The keyboard's design incorporates DSA for the bottom row and spacebars, addressing the sharp edges of the DSS R4. 

The color palette includes Signature Plastics stock resins, with brown for alphas, mustard yellow for modifiers, red for accents, and white for legends. The DSS 6104 aims to capture the charm of its vintage predecessors while providing modern functionality.
